1. Software License: By renting the software, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software on a single device, within the specified rental period. This license prohibits you from reselling, renting, distributing, or otherwise providing the software to any third party.

2. Rental Period: The rental period for the software begins from the date you receive the license file or activate the software and ends upon the expiration of the rental period. Upon rental period expiration, your rights will terminate, and you will no longer have the right to use the software.

3. Intellectual Property: The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Renting our software does not grant you any intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, crack, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the software in any way.

4. Updates and Support: During the rental period, we may provide updates to the software as needed, to add features, improve performance, or fix vulnerabilities. You should regularly check and install these updates to ensure you have the latest version. We may also provide limited technical support to assist you with software usage issues.

5. Risk and Liabilities: The software is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, quality, or performance of the software. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or liabilities arising from the use of the software.

6. Legal Compliance: You agree to use the software in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the software for any unlawful activities, infringe upon the rights of others, or harm the interests of others.

7. Termination and Rights: If you violate any terms of this agreement, we have the right to terminate your software rental at any time and may pursue legal actions. Upon the expiration of the rental period, you will no longer have the right to use the software, and no longer possess any associated rights.

8. Miscellaneous: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding software rental and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements. Modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by our authorized representative.
